About the event
The Arizona Winds concludes its 2026–2027 season with American Reflections—a powerful,
heartfelt tribute to the music, memories, and spirit that define our nation. This finale concert
invites our audience to look back across America’s landscapes, traditions, and sacrifices through
the lens of extraordinary symphonic band literature. The program opens with James Barnes’
exhilarating “Symphonic Overture”, followed by Henry Fillmore’s patriotic “Americans We
March”, setting a bright and confident tone. Barnes returns with “American Barndance”, a lively
